We are located at 6 Cross Street, Dundas, Ontario at The Keeping Room, in historic downtown Dundas, Ontario.

The Keeping Room, in historic downtown Dundas, Ontario, minutes from Hamilton and the Golden Horseshoe. Eclectic in it's style, diverse in its wares, it has been part of the streetscape since 1975.

Updated Classes!

Schedules will be presented by month and will be mailed on a regular basis.

Most classes will be demonstration, however participatory classes will be noted.

Special classes can be arranged for groups between 8-20.

Ideas for future classes are gratefully accepted.

Classes at the Open Kitchen Cooking School have been planned with care... to acquaint food lovers to the varied aspects of food preparation, visual presentation and ultimately appreciation.
